Smart Multimodal Imaging is Heidelberg Engineering’s Focus During EURETINA and ESCRS 2016

Heidelberg Engineering will put a spotlight on its smart multimodal imaging platforms during the meetings of the European Society of Retina Specialists (EURETINA) and the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons in Copenhagen from Sept. 9 to Sept. 13.

With lunch symposia and short, interactive in-booth presentations, the company will showcase how both novel and established diagnostic tools can support clinical decision making, according to a press release. These educational opportunities will include the latest SPECTRALIS modules, the new Cataract and Refractive Imaging Platform and the next generation of the HEYEX ophthalmic image management and device integration platform. Topics to be discussed will include which imaging modalities best fit specific patients and pathologies, and how they can be integrated into a practice’s IT structure.

During the event, Heidelberg Engineering will also debut its new Heidelberg Engineering Business Lounge, an online portal for in-depth product information including case studies.
