Features four .25mm ports located on 13 mm dual extgensions. Arms provide uniform irrigation as flap is realigned.Used to protect posterior of superior & nasally-hinged flaps. Can use 4.0mm or 8.0mm edge depending on hinge size. Ideal for use on deep set eyes and large flaps.
