 Cleveland Clinic Receives $10M Grant to Support Cole Eye Institute

Cleveland Clinic has received a $10 million grant from the Timken Foundation to support the future expansion of the existing Cole Eye Institute.

Cleveland Clinic is reportedly planning to construct an expansion of the Cole Eye Institute to accommodate growing eye care, research and education needs. The construction will reportedly almost double the current size of the institute, helping to provide extended clinical and surgical capabilities, and enhanced eye research and educational programs.

The Timken Foundation had previously granted $1 million to the Cole Eye Institute in 2013, for which the Louise Timken Microsurgical Education Lab was constructed and named in honor of the gift
