First Insight Corporation recently released new built-in Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) calculators, measure indicators and automated reporting that comply with MACRA reporting requirements for its MaximEyes EHR.
The new embedded MIPS tools will reportedly help ophthalmologists and optometrists comply with MACRA reporting requirements. The new MaximEyes EHR MIPS calculators and reports include an Advancing Care Information (ACI) Measures and Points Calculator, Composite Performance Score (CPS) Report and Estimation Calculator, Improvement Activities and Clinical Practice Improvement Activities (CPIA) Calculator, Quality Points Calculator, and Automated reporting for quality measures, ACI measures, CPIA and CPS.
