As a critical component of Marco's XFraction Process, the OPD-Scan along with the TRS-5100 (digital refractor) combine to more comprehensively define each patient’s total visual system in a fraction of the time of traditional refractions. The OPD-Scan III first harvests over 20 diagnostic measurements while assessing all aberrations in the full optical pathway, and also establishes the refraction start points.
