As the Global Head & General Manager of the Alcon Vision Suite, Seba has responsibility for leading Alcon’s ecosystem of surgical instrumentation, services and digital solutions across cataract, refractive and vitreoretinal specialties globally. During his 20 plus years at Alcon, Seba progressed through the organization in different sales and marketing
positions of increasing responsibility, contributing to the proliferation and market development of the company’s offerings across multiple portfolios and franchises. Seba was the architect behind the original Alcon Cataract Refractive Suite, and led the activities which enabled the acquisitions and/or launches of market leading technologies that today form the Alcon Vision Suite including LenSx®, CENTURION® and ORA ® .
