
The Professional Eye Care Associates of America (PECAA) has announced its deepened relationship with strategic vendor partner AmeriBen to offer an expanded human resource support service to members of the organization.
This newly added service grants members access to AmeriBen’s resource center hotline, sample employee handbooks, sample employment applications, a salary survey database, newsletters, webinars and training at no charge. Members of PECAA will also receive a 10% discount on optional AmeriBen services such as handbook and application reviews, on-site HR audits and training, and more.
“The newly enhanced AmeriBen program was a direct result of members expressing their desire for human resource support” Cindy Schmitt, PECAA Member Services Manager, explains. “Since its launch, we have received very favorable feedback from our members who are taking advantage of the new resource center. It’s exciting to see a program that was requested by
members in need of additional support in this area come to fruition.”
According to PECAA’s AmeriBen contact, Sharon Jutila, Human Resource Consultant, members of the organization have already begun taking advantage of their added benefits. The human resource support service went live to PECAA members on December 15, 2017, and AmeriBen has since experienced an up-swing in calls and e-mails generated by members of the organization.
