All these products will be displayed at the upcoming Annual Meeting of the AAO in San Francisco. The products are all available for sale in the United States and include the EyeRoute® image management suite including EyeRoute® O.R. and the EyeRoute® Mobile iPhone® application; 3D OCT‐2000 imaging system; MicroSlit for OMS‐800; iTrace optical analyzer; TRC‐NW7SF MK II mydriatic and non‐mydriatic retinal imaging system and the CA‐200 corneal analyzer.
-EyeRoute® Image Management Suite
A complete software for ophthalmology image management and sharing, EyeRoute® enables interconnection of multiple and varied Topcon and non‐Topcon products, providing access to images, videos and exam virtually anytime, anywhere through different modalities: desktop, web and iPhone®.
-EyeRoute® O.R.
A new EyeRoute module, the EyeRoute® O.R. enables direct digital video recording of surgeries into EyeRoute® and live streaming via the EyeRoute® system. It eliminates the need for DVD burning by providing instant access to videos anywhere, anytime for quality assurance and education.
-EyeRoute® Mobile iPhone® application
A sophisticated tool, the iPhone® application enables physicians to access images and reports stored in EyeRoute® via a secure and protected interface from any 3‐G compatible iPhone®. Through an intuitive touch screen, the application offers multiple review and manipulation formats of patient data and images. In addition, notes or audible dictation can be securely added to an exam or image and shared or responded to.
-3D OCT‐2000
A successor to the 3D OCT‐1000, the 3D OCT‐2000 system further enhances the users’ ability to image and visualize large areas of the macula and the optic nerve in high resolution on an integrated color touch screen display. Additional features include easier connectivity, improved workflow and new clinical modules.
-iTrace™ Optical Analyzer
Utilizing superior ‘ray‐tracing’ technology, the iTrace™ delivers multiple measurement principles in a single device. Available in 2 product versions, the iTrace™ Combo and iTrace™ Solo, it helps practitioners gain valuable knowledge in determining a patient’s visual status to preempt surgery options, simultaneously saving time, space and cost.
-TRC‐NW7SF MK II
Combining mydriatic and non‐mydriatic retinal imaging capabilities into a single system, the TRC‐NW7SF MK II is designed to capture fundus images including color, red‐free and fluorescein angiography.
-CA‐200
Topcon’s next‐generation, user‐friendly corneal analyzer, CA‐200 is ergonomic and compact and can operate as a standalone unit independent of an external PC. It comes equipped with an 8‐inch LCD touch screen, as well as Wi‐Fi for connectivity.
-MicroSlit illuminator
The MicroSlit illuminator is a new accessory for the OMS‐800 microscope and provides better viewing of the host‐graft interface, therefore improving workflow and outcomes for DSAEK procedures.
