HealthShares(TM) Indexes, a series of 20 underlying indexes for the
HealthShares(TM) Exchange Traded Funds, today announced the following change
effective on the opening of trading on Wednesday July 9, 2008: ISTA
Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: ISTA) will replace Jerini AG (Frankfurt, Germany:
JI4) in the HealthShares(TM) Ophthalmology Index. Jerini AG is being acquired
by Shire Limited (London Main Market, U.K.: SHP LO).

Companies included in the HealthShares(TM) Ophthalmology Index are engaged
in the research, clinical development and/or commercialization of therapeutic
agents by means of pharmaceuticals, medical devices or biomaterials for the
treatment of various diseases of the eye including, but not limited to,
age-related macular degeneration, dry-eye, diabetic macular edema, glaucoma,
presbyopia and myopia.
