Global eye health company Bausch + Lomb (B+L) announced yesterday the launch of PreserVision® AREDS 2 Formula + Multivitamin — a supplement that combines the AREDS 2 study formula with essential vitamins and minerals normally found in daily multivitamins.
The new supplement was reportedly created in response to consumer feedback and data, which showed 90 percent of participants in the AREDS 2 clinical study who took an AREDS supplement also took a daily multivitamin. PreserVision AREDS 2 Formula + Multivitamin is beta carotene-free, contains a high level of vitamin D, and is now available in major retailers.

Established in 2014, the International Keratoconus Academy promotes ongoing professional education and scientific development in the area of keratoconus and other forms of corneal ectasia.
