A 58-year-old man with the following corneal topography map is undergoing cataract surgery OD. What would be your advice to him regarding corneal relaxing incisions to reduce his astigmatism?
1. One 6 mm incision at the 95 degree meridian
2. Paired 6 mm incisions at the 95 degree meridian
3. Perform astigmatic LASIK after cataract surgery
4. No surgical correction of the astigmatism
