First Annual TRUST Uveitis CME Symposium to be Held before AAO

Dinner Brings Together Ophthalmic Subspecialists for Uveitis Discussion

San Diego, CA – September 10, 2013 – Meridius Health Communications, Inc. announced the first annual TRUST (Topics Review: Uveitis Symptoms & Treatments) CME Symposium, to be held on Thursday, November 14, 2013 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM at the Westin New Orleans Canal Place on the occasion of the 2013 Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. The Dinner Symposium will bring together comprehensive ophthalmologists, uveitis specialists, cornea specialists, and retina specialists, and will feature interactive real-world case studies that illustrate the role of accurate diagnosis in uveitis treatment.

The course offers AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM and will be directed by Quan Dong Nguyen, MD, MSc, Director and Chairman at the Truhlsen Eye Institute, and McGaw Memorial Endowed Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (Omaha, NE) and Sunil K. Srivastava, MD, Staff Clinician and Uveitis and Retina Specialist at the Cole Eye Institute, Cleveland Clinic (Cleveland, OH).
