Successful Pioneering Eye Surgery On Little Girl

Children are left blind by cataracts and other treatable eye diseases on a regular basis, but thanks to a pioneering implant technique, a four-year-old girl has become the first child in this country to benefit from a new procedure to correct bilateral congenital cataracts which affected her both eyes.
