Near Vision Card

This near point chart features highly calibrated Sloan optotypes. They adhere to the Snellen 5x5 grid, equal blur at threshold, and equal difficulty. Also, each optotype is recognizable. This near vision chart also feature these optotypes in an ETDRSTumbling "E" charts, also known as Illiterate "E" charts, feature the use of only one optotype.
