For the second year in a row, VSP Global and the U.S. Conference of Mayors are teaming up to bring access to eye care and eyewear to those who need it the most.
Following last year's pilot partnership program, this year the two entities will reportedly identify five U.S. cities that VSP's mobile eye care clinics will visit in outreach events where qualifying adults and children will receive no-cost comprehensive eye exams from a local VSP member optometrist, and prescription eyewear if needed.
During last year's event, reportedly more than 10,000 adults and children received access to no-cost eye care and eyewear through a 10-city tour.
