Description
Medpor Channel Implants, designed to accept rigid fixation plates, provide the surgeon with an excellent reconstructive option for major orbital wall and floor blowout defects. Each design has several channels for placement of one or more rigid fixation plates by the surgeon.

- The plate may extend beyond both ends of the implant, if desired. The implant, with plate in position, allows the surgeon to bend and contour the material to the desired shape. The plates can be used to cantilever the implant over the orbital rim, if applicable.
