KATENA PRODUCTS ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF EAGLE VISION
Denville, NJ – September 30, 2016 – Katena Products, a leading global provider of precision ophthalmic instruments, biologics, and devices to hospitals, surgical centers, and ophthalmic and optometric offices announces the purchase of Eagle Vision.
Founded over 30 years ago by Dr. Jerre Freeman, Eagle Vision has become a market leader in the punctal plug product category. These plugs, along with other ancillary devices are primarily used in the treatment of Dry Eye Syndrome, by both ophthalmologists and optometrists in the U.S. and globally.
